Upcoming Events
The Annual Conference provides Minnesota Watersheds members with opportunities for education and training, peer-to-peer learning, and networking. Members participate in regional caucuses and learn from vendors at the Trade Show. In addition, members participate in the annual business meeting to adopt a budget and approve resolutions that assist in the development of the annual legislative platform.
Board of Managers Meeting Materials
The agenda for the upcoming Board meeting is available the Friday before the meeting on our Board of Managers page.

About the Board of Managers Meetings
The Prior Lake-Spring Lake Watershed District Board of Managers meets the third Tuesday of the month at 6:00 PM at the Prior Lake City Hall, located at 4646 Dakota St. SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372. Board of Managers meetings are open to the public.
If you cannot attend, PLSLWD Board meetings are broadcast live on the PLTV local television channel (Mediacom cable system on Channel 808 or Nuvera television on Channel 15). The meetings are rebroadcast on local TV. You can also view past meetings on the District’s YouTube page.
Board workshops are held before the Board meeting and are also open to the public. Workshop start time varies but generally starts at 4:00, check the meeting agenda in the Board meeting materials packet for the start time.
The monthly Board meeting and occasional special meeting announcements are posted at the District office, on the District website, and sent to the designated mailing lists. Public hearings are announced in the Public Notices section of the Star Tribune newspaper and on the District’s website.
About the Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) Meetings
The District’s Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC) meetings are held on the last Thursday of every odd month at 6:00 PM at the Prior Lake City Hall, located at 4646 Dakota St. SE, Prior Lake, MN 55372 and are open to the public.
About the Prior Lake Outlet Channel (PLOC) Cooperators
The PLOC Cooperators (PLSLWD, City of Prior Lake, City of Shakopee, Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community) meet the third Thursday every three months from 12:00-1:30pm at the Prior Lake City Hall, 4646 Dakota St. SE, Prior Lake MN 55372.
