Prior Lake-Spring Lake Watershed District completed retrofit projects on the Boudin neighborhood reconstruction that previously drained untreated to Lower Prior Lake. Phase 2 of Boudins ended during 2012.
Clean Water Fund Grant obtained for Upper Prior BMP Retrofit project from BWSR beginning April 2011 and continuing through December 2012. In 2012, two Neighborhood Bioretention Systems were constructed in subwatersheds that previously received no treatment prior to discharge into Prior Lake. In 2011, one raingarden was installed and 11 ponds were modified with iron-sand filters.
