The Board sets the District's goals and priorities
The Prior Lake-Spring Lake Watershed District is a special purpose unit of government that works closely with local cities, townships, Scott County, the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community, and state agencies to conserve, protect and manage water resources within the Watershed District
There are five members of the Board. Members are appointed by the Scott County Commissioners for three-year terms. There are no term limits. Board members must reside within the Watershed District.
